Assistant Vice President Product Manager Salesforce
What does an experienced educator, lifelong musician, brain surgery survivor, mother of two and a passion for Salesforce all have in common? Sandi Zellner. After graduating Moravian College with a degree in music education in 1996, she began teaching beginning band and orchestra in public schools. As life would have it, a journey that begins with planned steps may unexpectedly diverge and require big leaps. Surviving a traumatic brain injury that resulted in neurological deficits, Sandi redirected her professional life with a leap into the realm of cloud based customer relationship management technology.
She continued on her career path when she joined Little Kids Rock, a national music education non-profit, back in 2013 as a volunteer. This led to becoming the full time development coordinator where she started working with Salesforce and this is where her passion for the platform began. In 2016, shortly after receiving her first Salesforce certification, she was hired as the Salesforce Administrator for Lincoln Educational Services. During this period she continued to develop a variety of skills and in a short time earned three additional Salesforce Certifications.
Her current position as the Salesforce Product Manager at ConnectOne Bank in New Jersey has her providing insight and leadership in the use of the Salesforce platform to bring efficient and forward thinking solutions to the business environment.
Currently, Sandi holds four Salesforce Certifications, is a leader within the NYC Salesforce User Group Community, and volunteers to teach Salesforce skills to individuals looking to further their careers within the Salesforce ecosystem.
She is also an accomplished instrumental and vocal conductor and classically trained flute player, Sandi has performed with a variety of musical ensembles for many years. Sandi enjoys performing with the Manhattan Wind Ensemble and the Columbia Summer Winds. In her spare time, Sandi loves visiting historical places with her
